Can I use my own rates?
Yes. Every studio keeps its own rate master. Rates are copied into each proposal so later rate changes don't alter quotes you already sent.
Can I import my existing Excel quotations?
Yes. SpaceUtils imports Excel workbooks, including files with one sheet per customer, and creates draft proposals you can review.
Does the quotation show my studio brand?
